Program faq's

What equipment do I need?

There are several types of workouts included in this plan. Some require no equipment at all, while others require access to a full gym. However, we’ve included exercise substitution options for any workouts that require equipment, so you can swap these exercises based on the equipment you have available.

Is this a program?

No. The on-demand workout library offers a variety of workout styles all in one place, allowing you to mix and match rather than follow a structured program.

What's the difference between this, and a Program?

Programs are designed to achieve specific fitness goals through structured planning and a strategic progression. In contrast, a workout library offers a diverse collection of individual workouts across different styles, without necessarily following a progressive structure.

What if an exercise is too easy?

We all have different strengths and weaknesses, so it is possible that you may find an exercise too easy, or too hard. For that reason, we include substitution options for all exercises in the plan, so you can scale it to your level!

Is coaching included?

No. Coaching isn’t included but you can always upgrade to our online coaching services.

What will I achieve with this plan?

With this plan, you will discover new ways of working out and acquire knowledge about muscle building, fat burning, skill progressions, mobility and important aspects of physical training.

How many workouts are there in this plan?

There are currently over 100 workouts in the plan, and the collection is continuously growing. We add new workouts every month across all categories.

Does this include split training?

Yes, there are plenty of workouts specifically designed to target certain movements or muscle groups.

Can I do this if I'm 60+

Yes, absolutely! The beauty of  training is that there is always progressions for every single exercise. You can swap to easier, or low impact options within the plan, but you can also message us if you need further help.

If you are recovering from an injury though, please check it with your doctor first, to get the green light to start this plan!

Is this suitable for home workouts?

Yes! We’ve included several bodyweight-only workouts in this plan, so there’s no need for a gym at all. Plus, you’ll have access to pre-recorded sessions, making it easy to follow along and get your workout done from the comfort of your home.

How does the plan work?

Once you purchase the program, you’ll receive an email with a link to download the app, set up your account, and get instant access to all features!

All sessions can be modified to your level, and scheduled in your calendar!

What if i need more structure?

If you’re looking for a more structured workout approach, we recommend trying one of our programs or apply for our online coaching service to help you reach your goals faster!
