Coaching Lite gives you a personalised program with monthly check-ins — perfect if you’re confident training independently but want expert guidance to keep you on track.

Tier 1 is perfect for motivated trainees who want a clear, personalised program without full ongoing coaching.

What You Get

  • 12-Week Personalised Program & Updates: Program updates every 4 weeks to tweak volume, intensity and exercises.

  • Monthly Check-ins: One short call or voice note to receive concise feedback to stay on track.

  • Messaging Support: 1–2 messages per week, program-related only. Response within 48 hours, Monday–Friday (form breakdowns, daily updates, or nutrition coaching are not included).

  • Calls: Calls are not included in this tier, upgrade to Tier 2 for full coaching support.

  • Nutrition: Nutritional advice is not included in this tier, upgrade to Tier 2 for full coaching experience.
